Diljit Dosanjh is an Indian singer, actor and one of the leading artist of  Punjabi cinema and Punjabi Music industry. He also made his debut in Bollywood with Udta Punjab starring Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Kareena Kapoor. Diljit is best known Punjab 1984, Jatt & Juliet, Sardar Ji and Udta Punjab. Since Sardar Ji he transformed his physique to next level. From skinny to muscular kind of physique which can be seen in the trailer of Sardar Ji 2. Workout routine


Diljit worked very hard on his physique. Pradeep Bhatia is his fitness trainer who helped Diljit to transform his body into a chiseled body. The exercises that he did for achieving this level of fitness includes: Decline Cable Fly, One-Arm Dumbbell Row, Sledgehammer Training, Bench-Press, etc and he also did a lot of abs exercises like crunches. Diet plan



In the beginning for his diet he just had to eat enough as he was naturally skinny. But now he is following a strict diet plan with no carbs and salt. He tries to avoid all the junk foods. While shooting for the film scenes in movie Sardar ji 2 he was only eating cucumber and juice. He had to ask his fitness trainer Pradeep Bhatia before eating anything else. He was also taking Dymatize iso 100 to meet the daily requirement of Protein.
