Diljit worked very hard on his physique. Pradeep Bhatia is his fitness trainer who helped Diljit to transform his body into a chiseled body. The exercises that he did for achieving this level of fitness includes: Decline Cable Fly, One-Arm Dumbbell Row, Sledgehammer Training, Bench-Press, etc and he also did a lot of abs exercises like crunches. In the beginning for his diet he just had to eat enough as he was naturally skinny. But now he is following a strict diet plan with no carbs and salt. He tries to avoid all the junk foods. While shooting for the film scenes in movie Sardar ji 2 he was only eating cucumber and juice. He had to ask his fitness trainer Pradeep Bhatia before eating anything else. He was also taking Dymatize iso 100 to meet the daily requirement of Protein.
