Diet and Supplements
- Breakfast: eggs, whey protein shakes, almonds, bananas.
- Lunch: vegetable salad with avocados and raw seeds.
- Dinner: grilled chicken or fish, vegetables, rice.
Supplements: Shakes with coconut water, scoop of protein powder, avocado, flaxseed oil, Hawaiian Spirulina, cinnamon.
