John Krasinski Workout routine and Diet plan

John Krasinski is an American actor best known for playing the role of Jim Halpert in the TV Series The Office. He is also know for Away We Go, Leatherheads, It's Complicated. John Krasinski showed off his ripped physique for the January/February cover of Men's Health. He also prepared for playing the role of Navy SEAL in the upcoming film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi by working with his trainer Jason Walsh. He has been hitting the gym to beef up but now he went from 25 per cent body fat to 9 per cent in just four months to become lean and muscular for the movie. Workout routine

"Getting stronger every day is thrilling," said John. "I gotta be honest: It was brutal at times. We did tons of metabolic work, dragging sleds and all this stuff I've seen NFL players do."

The handsome hunk has admitted in the past he hates his workouts. But for the movie 13 hours he will be every bit as jacked every other action star. John showed off his toned arms while wearing a fitted white tank top in recent photoshoot.

He worked out 5 to 6 days a week, twice a day. His Favorite exercise is Bench press and least favorite exercises is Bulgarian split squat. His favorite workout song is "What More Can I Say" by Jay Z.

Diet plan

"I basically ate salad, and chicken and water." Joking about how he became a boring guest because all he could do was drink water. He had to eat like this for about 4 months to get lean and muscular.
When he started out, his body fat percentage was 25, but by the time he was done, it had gone to 9 per cent.
