Diet plan
- In order to bulk up for his role as Christian Grey, he increased his calorie intake and started eating more protein, while lowering his carbohydrate intake during the day.
- They also stressed the importance of post-workout recovery drinks in order to increase muscle mass.
- His diet included a meal of meat and veggies 30-60 minutes after his major workout each day.
- He likes Coffee in the morning, Tea in the afternoon, Sushi while filming and Cheesecake, tequila & burgers while not shooting.
"I don’t like my physique. Who does? I was a skinny guy growing up, and I still feel like that same skinny kid," says Dornan.
