"I take decent enough care of myself…I’m gonna up it slightly with training. But, we don’t have any intention to really bulk up," says Jamie Dornan. "There’s a lot of hanging around, so I use any downtime to work on my arms and core with variations of press-ups and crunches," says Jamie Dornan.
Press-ups: It really is just all about press-ups every day. I’ll aim to do around 50 first thing in the morning, and loads more throughout the day.

Crunches: Crunches can speed up the fat burning process so it will help to decrease your body fat, this is one of favorite exercises of the former Calvin Klein underwear model.

Sports: He plays his favorite sports for being in shape are Rugby, Tennis, Golf, Skiing and Soccer.

Workout I:
Sledge Hammers: 3 sets of 30 secs each
Battle Rope: 3 sets of 30 secs each
Kettle-bell Swings: 3 sets of 30 secs each

Workout II:
Ring Pushups: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Bent-Over Rows: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Power Lunges: 4 sets of 15-20 reps

Workout III:
Core Pike Slide-outs: 5 sets of 10 reps
Aussie Pullups: 5 sets of 10 reps
Prowler Sled: 5 sets of 100m

Diet plan
  • In order to bulk up for his role as Christian Grey, he increased his calorie intake and started  eating more protein, while lowering his carbohydrate intake during the day. 
  • They also stressed the importance of post-workout recovery drinks in order to increase muscle mass. 
  • His diet included a meal of meat and veggies 30-60 minutes after his major workout each day.
  • He likes Coffee in the morning, Tea in the afternoon, Sushi while filming  and Cheesecake, tequila & burgers while not shooting.

"I don’t like my physique. Who does? I was a skinny guy growing up, and I still feel like that same skinny kid," says Dornan.
