Vidyut Jamwal Workout and Diet Secret. Vidyut was born on 10 December 1978 is an Indian actor. He is a telugu and tamil actor who made a debut in Bollywood with his film Force starring John Abraham. He is best known for his roles in Force, Thuppakki, Billa 2, Oosaravelli and his latest film Commando will be releasing in 2013. Workout and Fitness Equipments
I trains from 6 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 9 pm. I train everyday anywhere between 6 to 8 hours. I have been practicing a variety martial arts like kalaripayattu, jiu jitsu, etc. from a very young age. Also, I practice gymnastics with my trainer and other friends. I'm not really a gym person so I hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week for strength training and work on my legs, shoulders, etc. I believe that the body has wisdom of its own and in order to fine tune it, one must workout and indulge in adequate exercise.
Diet and Nutrition
For Diet I eat four meals a day and avoid oily food and aerated drinks. I am a vegetarian since the age of 14. Being vegetarian is much healthier and it keeps one mentally agile as well. I drink protein shakes everyday but my main source for protein is tofu. I don't really adhere to a strict diet as I believe that our food should contain a balance of all the basic tastes i.e. sweet, sour and salty.
