Randeep Hooda is an Bollywood actor best known for Highway, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Jism 2, Jannat 2 and Kick. He was voted as one of 50 most desirable men of 2009 by TOI. In addition to his film career Randeep regularly participates professionally in equestrian sports such as polo and show jumping. Hooda gained 11 kg of weight for his recent role in Kick. According to Hooda, 'Lovemaking is a great exercise.' Let us look at Randeep Hooda's Complete Workout routine.

Randeep Hooda Workout routine

Randeep Hooda follows an intense workout plan which generally lasts for 30 minutes but for those 30 minutes he is  completely focused in the gym. Sometimes I don’t even see people who say ‘hi’ to me, he says. He doesn't like doing workout in air conditioned gym as he loves energetic and sweaty exercises.

He starts his workout with cardio exercise such as running on the treadmill but he is not too fond of cardio and then go for weight training. He hates training Abs and Calves but he like training Back and Chest. He prefers to increase core strength rather than having six-pack abs. He is passionate for Horse riding and rides a horse for 2-3 hours a day.

Randeep Hooda Diet Plan

Randeep  Hooda doesn't follows a strict diet plan as he can eat anything and everything. He does have a weakness for chocolates and dairy products but he does have the ability to lose and gain weight quickly which works in his favor. He eats about 12 to 15 eggs a day. Besides eggs he also loves dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt. His diet mainly consists of lean protein, low carb, and healthy fats.
