Singer Pink's Workout routine and Diet plan. Alecia Beth Moore Har well known as 'Pink' revealed her fitness secret. Pink was born on September 8, 1979 is an American Singer, Song writer and actress. She gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy but after a lot of hard work and dedication, She lost a lot of weight and became fit and fine. "I was extreme... from skateboarder to hip-hopper to rave child to lead singer of a rock band - I did it all, and all at the same time," she says.


"My favorite workout right now is hot yoga, but my favorite workout in general is my show, being onstage because I get to have fun while I'm sweating, but I Don't even know how many calories I'm burning," she says.

Exercise routine

Do the below exercises for one hour and 3-4 times a week. Keep it simple, easy and consistent.


Warming up: Twenty minutes of cardio to get the blood pumping: jump rope, treadmill, jumping jacks.

Begin with Core workout: Firstly perform, side bridges hold for 1 minute on each side, followed by 1 minute in the Superman pose (belly on floor arms and legs lifted). Follow this with 50 stomach crunches. Repeat this 4 times.

Upper body: Do 10 military style push-ups or more if you can. Drop down into a plank and hold it for 1 minute. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Do four sets.

Lower body: Aim for 15 walking snap-kick lunges walking forward and coming back (total 30). This is great for glutes. Do four sets of these. In between each set do 100 jumping jacks.

Yoga: She also performs yoga, according to the Mayo Clinic, yoga has many other health benefits including increased fitness and the management of chronic health conditions including cancer, insomnia and weight loss.

Eating routine

She occasionally eats chicken and fish, her diet is mostly vegan. A vegetarian diet can be very healthy. Because they are not consuming a high amount of saturated fat, vegetarians have a reduced risk of becoming obese or developing heart disease. Since meat contains many nutrients, vegetarians need to focus on having a diet that includes protein, iron, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12. She tries to eat as healthily as possible, she also admits she'll never give up bread, cheese or pasta.
