Shia LaBeouf Workout and Diet. Shia LaBeouf was born on June 11, 1986 is an American actor. He is best known for Disney Channel series Even Stevens, Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and Lawless. He added on about 15 lbs of muscle for his character in Indiana Jones. He keeps himself fit and is one of the most admirable actors in terms of physique. Let us look at his fitness training.

He worked out vigorously seven days a week with no rest days. routine consisted of lifting heavy weights with sets of 8-10 reps. He would place emphasis on one muscle group each day for five days a week and for the other two days, he would do plyometrics.

However, every day before starting his exercises he undergoes cardio session and which takes nearly 1 hour. These sessions have enabled him to keep himself lean and less fatty.










Diet and Supplements



His diet contains six meals each day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner with three protein shakes in between meals.







  • Breakfast: Eight egg whites,Oatmeal (Large bowl).
  • Snack: Protein Shake with high protein and low sugar. 
  • Lunch: Pasta and Chicken breast large size.
  • Snack: Only Protein Shake.
  • Dinner: Steak,Broccoli,Baked potato.
  • Snack: Only Protein Shake.
