Eva Mendes Workout and Diet. Eva Mendes was born on March 5, 1974 is an American actress, model, and singer. She is best known for her roles in 2 Fast 2 Furious, Hitch, We Own the Night, The Other Guys and Ghost Rider.  But we are not here for his professional life we are here to share her workout with you, because she is not only an actress she is also very beautiful, bold and charming women. She looks years younger than her age and is dating Hollywood hunk Ryan Gosling. She is having one of the best bodies in Hollywood. Eva is 5' 6" in height and having weight about 114 lbs. Workout and Fitness Equipments

She exercises with a personal trainer for at least 25 minutes weekly, doing a combination of strength training and cardio. She start her workout with 5 minutes warm up on treadmill. After that She do cardiovascular exercises for 10 minutes.  Exercises she includes in cardio are jumping ropes, running, cycling etc.

Her daily workouts combine a cardio warm-up, one upper body exercise, one lower body exercise, one abdominal exercise and additional cardio. She also walks and runs a lot, going out for long walks or jogging with her cute dog or long Trips with friends whenever she has the chance and whenever she have the time. She loves to do yoga and do it twice a week. 

Diet and Nutrition

She follows "5 factor diet plan". In diet She takes 5 small meals per day, consisting of 5 simple ingredients which includes protein, healthy carbohydrates, healthy fats, fiber and plenty of water. She doesn’t believe in too many restrictions, so she tries to balance everything so that she gets to eat a little bit of everything except meat. She eats a lot of fish and brown rice. She enjoy decadent treats like macaroni and cheese or dessert.
