She won the best debut actress for this movie. Now She is best known for her latest role in Ishaqzaade here She plays role of Zoya Qureshi. She is a cousin sister of Priyanka Chopra. Earlier coming to Bollywood She is heavy in weight So that She loses some weight for the movie Ishaqzaade. She says She eaisly gains weight which makes her fat. She is 5′ 7″ in height and having about 125 pounds of weight. Her figure measurement is 34-26-36. Let us look at her workout.

is quite famous because of her acting skills and also becouse of her
fitness and thats why she has a great future in Bollywood. Let us See her workout training.
- She starts her morning with jogging.
- After that She do meditation.
- She regularly do yoga for about an hour.
- She also likes swimming.
- She loves to run at treadmill.
- She also takes Dance Classes.
- To Remain fit she Do Cardio and Exercises regularly.
- She has a great interest in horses and she loves horse riding.
Diet and Nutrition
Diet plays an important role in loasing weight for her. Earlier is fat now She loses some fat for her latest movie Ishaqzaade. She is very conscious about her diet. she loves to eat regular Indian food. Let us talk about her Diet.
Breakfast: One glass of milk. Brown bread with butter. Two eggs, white portion only. Juice sometimes.
Lunch: Dal and Rotti, Brown rice, Green salad and Green leafy vegetables.
Dinner: Simple food with less oil,1 glass milk,chocolate shake. She eats 2 hours before going to bed.

ReplyDeleteAnswer: It's not really what time you eat, but rather what you eat before bed. If you eat a meal that is high in carbs, or snack that involve alot of fat and sugar, then most likely you will gain weight because you cannot burn the calories you consume.
