Sonakshi Sinha weightloss workout and diet.  Sonakshi was born 2 June 1987 is an Bollywood actress. She begins her debut in 2010 film Dabbang opposite Salman Khan the film becomes  successful and becomes highest earner of the year. She is the daughter of an actor and a politician Shatrughan Sinha. She had won the best debut actress award in 2010. Her upcoming film is Son of Sardaar opposite Ajay Devgan.
Earlier coming to bollywood She was very fat and used to weight 90 kg but now after a lot of hard work she lost 30 kg weight so now her weight is 60 kg.  She is 5'6'' in height. She realised that she needed to lose at least one-third of her weight, not just to look good but also to feel healthy. Let us talk about her workout.








Workout and Equipments


It took immense dedication, determination and will power to follow a fitness regimen and a diet planned by her physical trainer. What the plan needed the most was some factor that would keep her motivated. Let us see her workout routine.






  • She began visiting the gym twice a day.  
  • She often takes pleasure in playing tennis.
  • She shows preference for yoga over aerobics. 
  • She experienced immense benefits from spinning.  

  • She included weight training in her regular fitness regime, working at it four to five times a week.

  • She performs various yogic postures in a steamed room with 40 degree temperature. 

  • She likes the company of other individuals during a workout session.

Diet and Nutrition 

Diet plays an important role in loosing  weight for her. She cut back on her carbohydrate consumption. She started on a high protein diet. She completely avoids junk food. She drink as much as water She can which helps her in loosing weight quickly.Take a look at her diet plan.






  • Breakfast: Cereal and milk or whole wheat toast.

  • Snack: Some dry fruits and a cup of green tea.

  • Lunch: Homemade roti and sabzi with salad.

  • Evening Snack: A fruit or a cup of green tea.

  • Dinner: She eats early and consists of only protein food.
