Jenna married actor Channing Tatum in 2009 and gave birth to their first baby in 2013. She gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy which she dropped by following strict workout and diet. According to reports, Jenna dropped about 33 pounds of weight that's amazing. She has wowed on the cover of Latest July/August 2016 issue of Women's Health Magazine. She showed her amazing body in a string bikini on the cover page. She is very excited for this issue of Women's Health Magazine as she says, "This is one of her favorite shoots." Jenna Dewan Tatum is vegetarian since the age of thirteen. Her diet helped her to shed post baby weight. According to Jenna, Most of the women's are not able to shed post baby weight because they carelessly eat anything during pregnancy time. She tries to eat as much as clean possible and stays away from junk food. She tries to drink a gallon of water daily as it removes all the toxins and keep us hydrated. She consumed enormous green smoothies and lemon water to cleanse her body.

Workout routine


Jenna Dewan Tatum workouts with her trainer and dancer Jennifer Johnson. She workouts for 45 minutes daily for 5-6 days a week. She begins her workout with 15 minutes non-stop dance cardio. She grew up dancing and really likes it. After non-stop dance cardio they start muscle toning exercises which includes band work with five-pound weights on ankles, followed by squats and lunges on a box and abs work on the core sliders, plus all different kinds of planks. 

Apart from the above exercises She also performs vedic meditation, which is taught to her by Emily Fletcher who renowned meditation coach. Channing Tatum also learned vedic meditation from Emily so the both had a family learning experience.
