Keira Knightley was born on 26 March 1985 is an English actress and model. She is best known for her roles in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Pride & Prejudice, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. She didn't like working out and hates going to gym. She is actually very lazy for exercises. She has joined gymnasium 2 or 3 times but then quits and hence she ended up having a personal trainer. She do her exercises for 1 hr 30 min and 3 days per week. The exercises that included in her training are:






  • Weight lifting and Abs: It improves the coordination of muscles working together, which increases power and improves stamina.
  • Swimming: It can improve your sleep patterns, lower your cholesterol levels, improve digestion and keep you well toned.
  • Stretching: It helps to prevent injury and improves flexibility.
Dieting and Nutrition






She eats 6 small meals per day. She only eats when She feels hungry. Her rule is to concentrate what her body is inquiring for. If she need a fillet maybe she has low in iron. She prefers eating small portions of healthy nutritious food at times cheat with whatever she likes. This is termed as control diet. It is hard to follow as one will feel like hungry for more but if one is strict it is the best one as one cane at whatever one feel like.
