Bear Grylls Workout and Diet tells that Bear Grylls is a famous British adventurer and television presenter. He is best known for "Man vs Wild" TV Series. On 16 May 1998, he accomplished his childhood dream of climbing the Mount Everest. He also earned a black belt in karate during his teen years and learned sky diving too. Bear led a team of 4 to climb one of the most remote unclimbed peaks in the world in Antarctica in 2008. At the age of 35 he was appointed as a youngest-ever Chief Scout. He served 3 years in the British Army’s special forces before a horrendous parachuting accident in southern Africa left him with a back broken. 2 years later the young adventurer climbed Everest, but his achievement was eclipsed by the death of four climbers in his group.   • On the day 6 he indulges in yoga session. He never misses on yoga sessions as it helps him being flexible.
"We did a load of boating and sailing and kayaking and climbing and horse riding around here," he tells me. "It wasn't a complicated life. It was a great life."


Bear Grylls Diet plan

Bear Grylls believes in eating healthy and always tries to eat Clean but doesn't follow any diet plan. He loves home cooked food and often cooks healthy food for his family. He doesn’t eat fish and meat when at home and gets protein from quinoa, nuts and pulses. He loves indulging in cakes and gorges on yummy cakes with his kids occasionally.
