- Push-ups: 750-1000 reps
- Sit-ups: 2000 reps
- Pull-ups: 1500 reps
- Triceps dips: 1000 reps
- Weighted Squats: 1000 reps
- Squat Thrusts and Air squats: 1000 reps
- He also includes Kickboxing, wrestling and sparring in his training
- He performs Running drills and Sprinting exercises to build up Stamina
Diet plan
He does not eat breakfast or lunch, he said in an Interview. The only meal he eats is dinner which consists of soup, salad and bread. He does not eat red meat but will have chicken on occasion.
