  • At the gym, I cycle for half-an-hour and then do weights and free hand exercises, says Chitrangada.
  • She does not work out with heavy weights but keeps the rep-cycle as high as 40 reps per exercise.
  • Lower body: Squats and lunges with 10 kg weight, step ups, leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls with 75 kg weight. 
  • Upper Body: 3 kg dumbbells is adequate for the upper body and arms.

  • Early Morning: 12 soaked almond and a glass of fresh fruit juice
  • Breakfast: Fruits, a toast and egg whites with a glass of cold coffee
  • Snack: Fruits , twix bars and oreo shakes
  • Lunch: Grilled fish with veggies and brown rice or brown bread
  • Snack: Digestive biscuits with cold coffee
  • Dinner: Dinner is just like Lunch
