Kangna Ranaut was born on 23 March 1987 is a Bollywood actress. She is best known for Gangster, Fashion, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, Tanu Weds Manu and Krrish 3. She was extremely thin when She entered in Bollywood, but later shaped up her body as per the requirements of her roles. She does a lot of weight training including circuit training, weights. Pushups, hill climbs, kick boxing for tough looks. She go to gym for 1 to 2 hours. Let us look at her fitness training.

 Exercise routine



Monday:

• German set: 10 sets, 10 reps
• Squats, push ups, pull ups
• 20 minutes running

Tuesday:

• Kick Boxing: 45 min
• Full body stretching followed by a 20-minute hill-training on elliptical









Wednesday:

• Off (Rest)

Thursday:

• Athletic sprint: 30 minutes of sprinting drills and hurdle training
• 20 minutes of ab exercises, external obliques and lower back exercises

Friday:

• Power yoga: 45 min. For improving posture and balance.
• Meditation: 10 min. 


 

Saturday: off (Rest)











Eating routine




  • BreakfastPorridge, cereals and egg whites omelet
  • snacks: Fruits  and protein shake
  • Lunch: Boiled vegetables, salad, grilled chicken, rotis, dal and rice
  • Evening snacks : Brown bread with egg white sandwich
  • Dinner: Boiled vegetables or salad with baked or grilled chicken/ boiled dal
