For diet She admits that it is too difficult to maintain a balanced diet plan
while traveling. That doesn’t mean that she will deprive herself from
eating. Rather, she eats whatever she wants, whether it is
pizza, Brazilian cheese bread or anything. Eat as healthy as you can, lots of greens. But listen to your body and your cravings. Natural products, loads of exercise and veggies. Protein. Your body is a machine. Learn the right way to take care of it.
