Asin Thottumkal Workout and Diet. Asin Thottumkal was born on 26 October, 1985 is an Indian actress. She is best known for her roles in Ghajini, London Dreams, Housefull 2, Bol Bachchan, Ready and Khiladi 786. Asin is 5' 4" in height and having weight about 54 kg. Her measurements are 34-24-35. For fitness Training Asin says I try to eat right and maintain proper eating hours and try to get proper sleep, and put aside regular time for exercise. I always try to incorporate these activities, but I must admit, I do find it difficult to perform all these activities given the working hours we need to follow. It is important to have a fitness routine that changes every two weeks. Exercising for a minimum of 5 days a week for 30 min/day is a must. She spend more energy than your calorie intake. One should exercise a bit more than usual to burn off that extra fat. Fat cannot be dissolved overnight. So don’t exhaust yourself. Give your body that extra time to do its work.
Diet and Nutrition
She take care of her diet that workout. She avoids junk foods and eats dinner early usually around 7 pm. She drinks a lot of water per day.
- Breakfast: A cup of oats or a bowl of muesli and some fruit. Sometimes, I have an egg or idlis.
- Lunch: A few chapattis or a bowl of rice with vegetables. There are usually pulses for protein. I also love fish.
- Dinner: There is kappa and meen, which is tapioca and fish or we have rice porridge, also known as kanji. I also have eggs or chicken for dinner.
