Diet and Nutrition
She is very focused on her diet. She takes small meals a day. She avoids junk foods and drinks at least 3-4 liters water per day.
- Breakfast:1 glass of fruit juice, 2 egg whites
- Snack1: Lime water or Coconut water.
- Lunch:She carries her homemade lunch in Tiffin which contains dal, chapattis, vegetables and salad.
- Snack2: Protein bar or Fruits or Cheese toast.
- Dinner: Same as her Lunch and her, she always tries to be at home at the time of dinner.
- Late Night: She takes a glass of milk before going to bed.
