Josh Hutcherson workout and diet. Joshua Ryan Hutcherson (Josh Hutcherson) was born on October 12, 1992 is an American film and television actor. He began working in the early 2000s, appearing in several minor film and television roles. He did great job in “The Hunger Games” and he will appear in the “Red Dawn” remake. Josh is just 20 yrs old and he is known all over the world becouse of his acting skills and fitness. Hutcherson, who plays the role of Peeta Mellark, had to maintain a strict high-protein diet along with a military-style exercise regime before filming started.
Josh visits gym 5-6 days in a week and follow workout routine given by his trainer. He workouts for about an hour. Hutcherson was left aching for days from doing activities like flipping tires or slamming baseball bats against body bags. These exercises worked out all sorts of muscles.
He also do exercises like dead lifts, squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, barbell rows, bar dips and pull ups because these exercises are helpful to gain weight. He didn't like to do cardio.

Diet and Supplement
For diet he consumes 5-6 meals in day. He had to put on a lot of weight, so He was in the process of eating chicken, eggs and protein. He avoids eating junk food and like to eat fresh fruits and food. He actually do like to cook and do enjoy baking. He makes cake popsicles but more importantly, I know how to make a mean apple pie! he said.
