Workout and Equipments
Justin has already started some boxing training and jogging in addition to beginning a daily weight lifting workout routine. He also starts drinking lots of protein shakes, too. He workout lasts for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Weight training workouts involve doing combination movements, such as Squat followed by shoulder press wherein it focuses more on functional, or athletic, strength training.
- Cardio (3 to 4 times a week).
- High intensity interval training (HIIT) regimen.
- Treadmill for about 30 minutes.
Diet and Supplements
Justin Bieber follows diet suggested by his trainer Jordan Yuam, which helps him in gaining lean mass and to remain fit. His gave him cooked healthy food in olive oil and she also used to travel with him with his tours within country or even abroad. He involves eating 4 to 6 small meals daily wherein every meal or snack is well balanced. His diet has taught him to give up consuming any junk foods, fast foods, processed food and other high calorie, low nutrient snacks and meals plus avoids the intake of any white or refined foods. Also he is 18 now so its time to start getting good diet if he needs a muscular body. Justin also keeps himself well-hydrated by drinking lots of water and green tea which also removes toxins from the body.He eats fresh fruits and food and also drinks plenty of water this will keeps him hydrated and removes toxins.
For Supplement:
Protein shakes are the most convenient way to get an adequate protein intake. You should have 1-2 scoops of whey protein (fast-digesting protein) after a workout and 1-2 scoops of casein protein (slow-digesting protein) before bed and throughout the day. You should have no more than 2-3 protein shakes a day. Most of your protein should be in the form of natural foods like chicken, turkey, fish, etc.
