Justin has already started some boxing training and jogging in addition to beginning a daily weight lifting workout routine. He also starts drinking lots of protein shakes, too. He workout lasts for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Weight training  workouts involve doing combination movements, such as Squat followed by shoulder press wherein it focuses more on functional, or athletic, strength training.

  • Cardio (3 to 4 times a week).

Diet and Supplements

Justin Bieber follows diet suggested by his trainer Jordan Yuam, which helps him in gaining lean mass and to remain fit. He involves eating 4 to 6 small meals daily wherein every meal or snack is well balanced. Protein shakes are the most convenient way to get an adequate protein intake. You should have 1-2 scoops of whey protein (fast-digesting protein) after a workout and 1-2 scoops of casein protein (slow-digesting protein) before bed and throughout the day. You should have no more than 2-3 protein shakes a day. Most of your protein should be in the form of natural foods like chicken, turkey, fish, etc.
