He is a talented comedian who make us laugh with his movies. But in terms of his dedication towards fitness there's nothing to laugh. Kevin's physique in Central intelligence proves that he is working very hard to achieve his fitness goals. Central Intelligence also stars Dwayne Johnson along with Hart. He has literally transformed his physique and has teamed up with Nike to promote fitness. He workouts with his trainer Ron Boss Everline. So let us look at Kevin Hart's Workout and diet.

Workout routine

Kevin Hart's workout is just like old school which is developed by his trainer
Ron Boss Everline. It is safe to perform and will go long for 30 minutes for upper body. Perform these exercises like circuit and move to next exercise without resting. In first circuit perform 1 set of each exercise and then go for set 2 and so on.

Upper Body:
  • Bench Press: 3 sets of 6-10 reps
  • Pushups: 3 sets & do as many as possible
  • Dumbbell Row: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (Rest-90 sec)
  • Incline Dumbbell press: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bench Dip: 3 sets & do as much as you can (Rest 90 sec)
Lower body: 
  • Heavy ropes to hanging leg raises
  • Kettle-bell sit-ups.
  • Treadmill or simply running on the street.

Diet Plan

For diet Kevin Hart tries to eat clean and healthy and also he is not a foodie. His meals includes baked chicken, baked vegetables, brown rice and salads. He loves to eat fried chicken, he can't resist. He also mentioned that he is a structured guy, he will follow everything if it fits in his structure.
