Diet and Nutrition
She turned to a restricted calorie diet that included plenty of protein and
green vegetable sources. Fat burning foods like lean chicken breast,
salmon, spinach, and broccoli. She eats high quality proteins like fish and beans, plus lots of veggies
and fresh fruit, but keep in mind that being sensible doesn’t mean you
can’t be creative. She also stuck to drinking only water throughout her training.
