Farhan Akhtar workout and diet. Farhan Akhtar was on born 9 January 1974 is an Indian film director, screenwriter, producer, actor, singer, lyricist and television host. He is the son of screen writer Javed Akhtar. He started his acting career with Rock on and his film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is very successful at box office. Now in 2013 his new film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is coming and he becomes muscular and gained a lot of muscle for achieving a body of an Olympic athlete type. His ripped body with the added grace of an Olympic runner has everybody stunned at his transformation.

For Bhaag Milkha Bhaag his trainer Melvin helped him understand the physique and training that an athlete requires. every morning and maintains a strict regime. He says he works out from 6:45 AM to 8 AM and his whole schedule wraps up by 9am.
