Katrina Kaif's workouts and diet  guru Pradeep Bhatia opened her secret behind this shaped figure. Pradeep Bhatia has trained Katrina Kaif while she was shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and Rajneeti. He revealed that Katrina's fitness workout is for an hour done 3 days in a week and said that due to her packed schedule, she couldn't spare time for her workout. But her pure dedication
towards fitness was proved when she called him mid-night once to workout.No matter what the actress sports on the big screen, when it comes to her personal life she has some set rules regarding her looks and dresses. She might wear bold outfits on the screen but is most comfortable in not so revealing and comfi clothings when at home. And the one thing she hates is make up.


Workouts Routines  
Kaif's fitness regime includes ab and core exercises like iso-planks, gymming, swimming and jogging. She even does yoga for mental piece. Yasmin Karachiwala also has dedicated a lot to make the actress lose weight for her item song, Sheila Ki Jawani.There isn’t much that Katrina has revealed about her workout training. But her trainer Pradeep Bhatia revealed some secrets about her workout:

Dieting Routines 
Katrina's diet routine starts with 4 glasses of water in the morning. She haves brown bread with peanut butter or egg whites.Her lunch diet consists of grilled fish and green salad, brown rice, legumes and she has left having chicken even after knowing that chicken is rich in proteins, this is mainly because chicken consists of fat.
 
Breakfast:
  • Brown Bread with peanut butter
  • 1 glass low fat milk.
  • 2 boiled eggs-white portion only
  • Pancakes- when traveling  

Lunch:
  • Green dressed salad
  • Brown rice
  • Grilled fish

Dinner:
  • Oil less food
  • Avoids starch food
  • Has completely left chicken
  • Has normal and light dinner
