Dumbbells Pusher: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart while holding the dumbbells on your shoulders. Perform a squat, then, when you push back up, press your arms straight. Return to the starting position.

Box Jump: Extend your hips, swing your arms, and push your feet through the floor to move yourself onto the box. Step down and repeat.

Mountain Climber: Begin in a pushup position and brace your abs. Bring the right knee in towards the chest, resting the foot on the floor. Touch the floor with your right foot and return to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg.

Swiss Ball Jackknife: Start behind the Swiss ball, place your midsection on the ball and roll forward until your hands reach the floor. Walk out with your hands until the ball is underneath your ankles. Have your hands just outside of shoulder width.
 

Swiss Ball Pike: With your arms extended to the floor and your hands as a base, lay on a swiss ball with your legs straight out. pull the ball forward with your feet while pushing your hips towards the Chest with your hands. pull the ball forward with your feet while pushing your hips towards the ceiling with your hand until you come to starting position.
