Mario Lopez workout and diet. Mario Lopez was born October 10, 1973 is an American television host and actor who has appeared on several television series, in films, and on Broadway. He is best known for his portrayal of A.C. Slater on Saved By The Bell, which he also portrayed as a regular on Saved by the Bell: The College Years. Mario has admitted in a number of interviews that he’s addicted to fitness. This guy really doesn’t feel himself if he’s not involved in something that gets his body moving. Whether it’s resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility training, or sports, Mario does it all. Let us see his workout plan.


Workout and Equipments





Mario would spar all the time to burn body fat and keep his conditioning up. He would often fight with amateur fighters trying to make it in boxing.

Monday:
  • 20 minutes of cardio
  • 45 minutes of weight training

Saturday : 20-30 min Cardio

Sunday: Rest 


Diet and Nutrition



Mario isn’t crazy about his diet and doesn’t look out to get the best diet programme. He doesn’t count calories, or fat grams or check with diet websites before buying a meal.  Mario grazes all day and eats healthy, but he loves to eat, and splurges when he wants and doesn’t mention any weight loss and dietary supplements. 



  • Breakfast: Fruit, yogurt and Granola
  • Lunch: Chicken and Rice
  • Dinner: Sushi
  • Splurge: Chocolate-chip cookies or Rocky-road ice cream
