Kellan Lutz Workout and Diet. Kellan Christopher Lutz ( Kellan Lutz ) was born on March 15, 1985 is an American fashion model and actor for television and films, who is best known for playing role in the Twilight. Lutz actually wasn’t too well known before the Twilight series and had only appeared in a few tv series and film roles. He is 6′ 1″ in height and having weight about 79 kg. 


Kellan spent a lot of time working outside of the gym by swimming and hiking. Diet and Supplement



He follows balanced diet plan. He eats small meals every 2-3 hours. He never skips Breakfast. He never gets hungry, which prevents him from overeating. he eats a hard boiled egg before bed each night to curb hunger and keep a steady stream of protein to his muscles all night long. Like above, this meal keeps his metabolism running, while providing his body with protein. Oatmeal is really cheap, very filling, has protein and very slow digesting carbs, and is an all around awesome food to eat while lifting weights, mix in some milk which almost everyone has, even if you have a low food budget and you have all your amino acids as well.
