Cam Gigandet Workout and Diet. Cam Gigandet was born August 16, 1982 is an American actor. He is best known for his roles in Twilight, The O.C., Never Back Down, The Roommate, Burlesque, Easy A and Priest. Gigandet has a super defined look that most women go crazy over and a lot of guys would love to copy. has sculpted a super lean, ripped and athletic body that is comparable to Tyler Durden’s ( Brad Pitt ) body in Fight Club. Cam donned 3% body fat for the role which unveiled an eight-pack throughout the movie without much flexing. He is 6'0" in height and having weight about 160 lbs. Let us look at his fitness training.
Workout and Fitness Equipment
All exercises are performed for 3 sets of 20-30 repetitions per exercise. Here is Cam’s exact strength training routine, along with the weights he reportedly used for each exercise:
Monday – Chest
- 25 push ups
- Nautilus press 45, 55, 65
- Nautilus incline press 55, 65, 70
- Pec deck machine 40, 45, 50
Tuesday – Back
- Pull ups
- Seated rows 75, 80, 85
- Lat pull downs 85, 90, 95
- T- bar rows 50, 55, 60
Wednesday – Shoulders
- Arnold press 35, 35, 35
- laterals 15, 15, 15
- front raises 10, 10, 10
Thursday – Biceps & Triceps
- nautilus curl machine 20, 25, 30
- Ez curls cable 30, 35, 40
- hammer curls 15, 20, 25
- push downs 50, 55, 60
Friday
- Treadmill 45 minutes 65-75% MHR
Saturday & Sunday- Off
Diet and Nutrition
He eats 6-7 smaller meals a day. He eats a low-carb and high protein diet. Think foods like salmon, tuna, trout, skinless chicken breast, oatmeal, etc. High Protein sources includes Spinach, Broccoli, Berries, Almond, Eggs, Meat. You will get this way by dieting correctly and doing intervals to torch body fat off of your body. You will need to do some resistance training to maintain muscle, but you don’t necessarily need to gain a bunch of muscle for this look. No need for crazy amounts of protein or calories either.
