Alia Bhatt Alia Bhatt weight loss workout and diet. Alia Bhatt was born on 15 March 1993  is an Indian actress who is the daughter of director, producer, and screenwriter Mahesh Bhatt. She has acted as a child artist in the film Sangharsh.  She started her career in Bollywood as a lead role in the upcoming film Student of the Year. She is becoming very popular these days because of her upcoming film Student of The Year. The girl though too early to start her career as a lead actress has struck a chord at both Abhinav Kashyap and Karan Johar’s heart with the innocent spark in her face and dusky eyes. She has worked hard not only in the movie but also for her fitness because earlier She was fat. Now let us take a look at her workout.







Workout and Equipment

Alia doesn't go to gym daily because she remains fit by doing cardio exercises and yoga. Even she has a busy schedule she tries to go to gym for 3-4 days a week for about an hour. Let us look at her workout.



Day 1:
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • 10 min running on treadmill
  • Push-ups: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Dumbbell raises: 3 sets x 20-24 reps
  • Lat pull-downs: 3 sets x 15 reps
  • Bicep curls: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
  • Triceps push down: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
Day2 : Off



Day :3
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • Crunches: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
  • Back extensions: 3 sets x 15 reps
  • Bicycle crunches: 3 sets x 20-25 reps
  • Reverse crunches: 3 sets x 15 reps
 Day 4: Off



Day 5:
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • Squats: 3 sets x 20-25 reps
  • Forward lunges: 3 sets x 20-25 reps
  • Backward lunges: 3 sets x 20-25 reps
  • Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets x 15 reps
  • 10 min jog on treadmill

Day 6: Off


Diet and Nutrition 


Diet plays a main role in losing  weight for her. As she was earlier fat then she has to loose some weight for her upcoming film student of the year. Let us look at Alia's Diet.







She drinks plenty of water because water helps to loose weight quickly. She always avoid junk and oily food.She loves to eat fresh veggies and fruits. Pasta, Dosa, Cheese, Kheer and Rabri are her favorite dishes. She loves Indian food and sometimes she cook also with her mother. She eats 2 hours before going to bed.
