Patrick Willis was born on  January 25, 1985 is an American football player for the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL (National Football League). He is the only player to receive the Butkus Award for best football player who plays as a linebacker and received award in more than one category and he also won the professional Butkus Award in 2009. "If you never really had any money, then what's another year to wait for it. As I've grown in college, you kind of learn to be patient. And if you do, good things will happen for you," Patrick says.

"You can leave early and then come back to graduate, but if you do leave, you can't get that senior season back," he says.

Day 1,3,5: Upper Body


  • Dumbbell bench presses: 3 sets of6-8 reps
  • Dumbbell incline bench press: 3 sets of 6- 8 reps
  • Dumbbell rows (each arm): 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Alternating dumbbell curls (each arm): 2 sets of 5 reps
  • Dumbbell Hammer curls (each arm): 2 sets of 5 reps
  • Dumbbell shrugs: 2 sets of 20-25 reps
  • Dumbbell front raises: 2 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Shoulder presses: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Triceps push downs: 3 sets of 8-10 reps

  • Bicycle crunches: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Planks: 3 sets with hold for 60 seconds
  • Oblique crunches: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Russian twists: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 10-10 reps
  • Weighted sit-ups: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Leg raises: 2 sets of 20 reps
  • Hamstring leg curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Barbell squats: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Inchworms: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • V-ups: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
