Rana Daggubati is an Indian film actor. He is best known for Baahubali, Baby, Leader and Arrambam. Rana Daggubati is playing the role of Bhallaladeva in Baahubali has worked very hard for the final part of the movie and is looking much more beefed and muscular than he was in Baahubali: The Beginning, a year before. Workout routine
  • Rana Daggubati puts around 25 kg of weight for second part of the movie. He goes to gym twice a day. For the movie he worked out for 1 hour in morning and 1 hour in evening.
  • He starts his training with cardio followed by weight training exercises. He also do push ups and pull ups.

  • He trains with his trainer Kunal Gir. He posted in his twitter account his transformation photo, “Here goes the new and improved me!! #BiggerMeanerStronger for @BaahubaliMovie with @KunalGir”.
  • Earlier, he had said that due to odd eating and sleeping hours he had developed “a paunch, love handles, bingo wings.” However, in 2007, he decided to take up acting as a full-time job and started training.
Diet plan

For Diet he takes 6-8 small meals in a day, after a gap of couple of hours. He follows a strict diet plan. 

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nuts, 5 slices of brown bread and eight egg whites with vegetables. He also includes fruits in his breakfast usually he takes watermelon or papaya.

Snack1: Protein shake and some fresh fruits

Lunch: Fish along with green vegetables

Snack 2: 4 slices of brown bread and four bananas

Dinner: He recently shared the picture (above) of his dinner mentioning "This is our family dinner!! Now you know how I got this big!!!"
