Olivia Wilde workout and diet secret. Olivia Jane Wilde ( Olivia Wilde ) was March 10, 1984 is an American actress and fashion model. She is best known for her roles in The Black Donnellys, House, Tron: Legacy, Cowboys and Aliens, and In Time. She is 5′ 7″ in height and having weight about 123 pounds. Her measurement is 34-23-33 which make her look more Sexy. Olivia was not allowed to lose or gain weight during the shooting of the movie because the suits that she had to wear, were one of a kind. She is also known because of

Olivia Wilde’s workout trainer Patrick Murphy trained her during her Tron days, and to do stunts and fighting scenes all she needs strength and flexibility so Patrick design a perfect workout routine for her. She also perform some stretching exercises to gain flexibility like Stretch Strap Hamstring, Child’s Pose, Nerve Glides, Pigeon Stretch, Figure 4 stretch, and 2 seconds Cobra Holds.





  • Reverse Lunge into Leg Swing – 15 reps on each leg
  • Side to Side Skip – 10 reps
  • Squat/curl/press/calve raises – 20 reps
  • Jump Lunges – 20 reps
  • Squat Rows – 20 reps
  • Power Push-ups – 20 reps 
  • Tarso Rotations – 15 reps on each side


 Diet and Nutrition





She is very conscious about her diet. She drinks plenty of water daily. Water is a good agent to suppress the appetite and raise the metabolism. 


Breakfast
  • Small papaya or paw paw
  • With 1/2 cup soy cheese, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds and 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
