Adrianne Palicki was born on May 6, 1983 is an American actress. She is best known for Friday Night Lights, Legion, Red Dawn, G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Coffee Town. She recently worked out hard for preparing her role in the action movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation. She prepare for her role with a lot of cardio strength training. Let us take a look at her fitness training.

Measurements: 34-25-34 inches or 86-63.5-86 cm




 Exercise routine



She trains 4 to 5 days per week from 45 minutes up to 75 minutes. She kept the intensity high, the rest periods short, and focused on working from the core out. 


Do warm up before performing these exercises. 10 minutes jogging on treadmill would be great.






  • Squat with push press
  • Hip drive and swing (like a kettle-bell swing)
  • Plank row (wide stance for stability)
  • Squat to row and Squat jumps
  • Shoulder complex (side lateral raise to front raise)
  • Wood-chops
  • Sumo dead-lift
  • Triangle pose (5 each side)
  • Walking lunges with glute kickback (10 each leg)
  • Bur pees (without dumbbells)








 Eating routine



Diet is really big into greens, which are amazing for your body on so many levels. She intakes gluten free meals. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, malt, rye and gluten. She kept her nutrition pretty strict but allowed herself to splurge when she wanted. She has a good understanding of macro nutrients like protein, fats and carbs and her daily needs of each.
